At the risk of sounding a Sony fanboi, I'd like to recommend Xperia Keyboard ICS(works on JB as well). It's nice looking, customizable and offers swype capabilities out the box. Nice alternative to Swype keyboard for free.

It's great value for money IMO. Nice specs, good camera, looks nice. But if you're pining for JB you'll have to wait till next year. I have the Xperia S and am running stock ICS which looks great but it's not as snappy as one would expect with this hardware, so that goes for the lesser P model I presume. But if you're not afraid to unlock bootloader team FreeXperia is close to finishing JB which flies like a bat out of hell.
