He's probably going to get a jail term, as he should. The types of weapons he had are illegal to own in California, regardless if they were legal to obtain in the state he purchased them in (Arizona).


He's in trouble, and the 49ers are left with a big dilemna on their hands if he gets convicted as to whether to release him or not. All that talent, about to go down the drain.
