where is all the money coming from?
molinaro is washing cars on the parking lot of the stadium :) just kidding, i kind of like that list, but they surely won't all come over. I highly doubt lampard for example. I'd take zapata any time, mancini depending on the deal and lahm probably not, except for a good deal.

I also doubt all og them will come, but i think we have enough money to make those deals.

Lahm/Evra 17 mil.
Mancini-swap deal +5.
Zapata/Meira/CB-17.
Amauri-11+exchnage.
Lampard or another MD/AM(Vdv,Diego,Quresma)-20 mil.(if LAmpard less than 20)

it all sums about 65-70 mil.

i heard Juve ready to invest 50 mil.plus if can sell few players+maybe exchnage deals,we can make it.

moreover, highly possibly that it won't be Lahm calibre rather Grosso who imo very good signing, then he will cost less.

I think we gonna be alright, just make the smart moves Secco and staff.:xfinger:

We should swap Iaquinta for Mancini and pay some cash to be fair I'd say 8 mil
or
Purchase Diego Capel for a cool 12 mil

Secondly, offload Nocerino and pay another 15 mil for Amauri

With the remaining 25 million it would all depend if we could snap Flamini up on a free. If so, I'd focus on Zapata or another super strong defender in the center and use the remainder plus Molinaro for a new LB.

If we don't get Flamini then we'll have to probably give up on acquiring a CM or give up on one of our upcoming youngsters and use one of them for a swap deal to assure we have purchased a minimum of 4 top class players to push the team back to where it bloody belongs!!

Iaquinta has lots of things that Mancini can only dream about.

Iaquinta always gives his best and plays with his heart. Now,Mancini has qualities. He has great dribbling and he always scores a lot of goals BUT there`s a bad side as well.
His mood in every fu#king match is like "I don`t care we`re loosing,I wanna go home and get some beer and whores on the way" He acts like unprofessional player.
Second,he`s way too inconsistent...I don`t think people can call Mancini "one of the best wingers" .

I`m neutral atm about this transfer.Don`t let few dribblings like against Lyon make you think he`s one of the best players around. If you did watch Roma this season you`ll know what am I talking about and you know he is inconsistent.

Diego Capel would maybe be even smarter move IMO.He has great pace, dribbling and good shot.Don`t start with that crap "he`s Spanish" His release clause is very nice.12mln euros is not much for a player with that potential.

Saying we should go for Flamini because he`s free is not that easy as I have mentioned already. He wants Milan and they can offer much higher wages then we can and they DO need someone like him but we don`t.We have enough of DMs and there Marchisio coming. We can always think about some creativity though.I think we are going to get Lampard.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Juventus look likely to beat Inter Milan to the signing of Amantino Mancini, by offering Vincenzo Iaquinta to Roma in exchange.

Mancini has been a key player for Roma over the past few years, however his contract expires in 2009, and he is almost certain to leave the club this summer having rejected a new deal.

Both Juventus and Inter have been heavily linked with a move for the Brazilian, with the former wanting him as a replacement for the probably retiring Pavel Nedved, and the latter viewing him also as a replacement, this time for the departing Luis Figo.

The Corriere says that the Bianconeri are set to win the race by offering striker Iaquinta in return.

The 28-year-old only signed from Udinese last summer, and despite a good season, he has become increasingly irritated at largely being a substitute for the prolific David Trezeguet and Alessandro Del Piero.

Roma coach Luciano Spalletti is in favour of the exchange as he is a huge admirer of Iaquinta, having successfully coached him at Udinese in the past.

Inter are likely to turn their attentions exclusively to Arsenal Aliaksandr Hleb as they look to solve their problem on the left hand side of midfield.

I think I understand our startegy
The Juve board think about getting Mancini for that they should give Roma what they want (Iaquinta- who is tired of the sub position). It suits us since Iaquinta probably wants to leave as he is not first choice and then we would need a forward to replace Iaquinta. There comes Amauri
Giovinco De Ceglie and Marchisio coming back giving us the depth
and we might buy a midfielder to partner Sissoko and give them Marchisio or someone else who won`t be needed
as for the left back it might be Grosso but more likely we stay with De Ceglie and Molinaro

we should swap iaquinta for Aquilaini NOT mancini though

That would make sense, Noce+50%Lanza+Marchionni+cash for Amauri, we could even sign Ujfalusi for free and we could even get Hamsik for Zala+50%Palla+Blasi+cash...

From that team,(and a couple more acquisitions) we could build great things for the future!!

Don't worry folks all will be revealed in the next ten days or so.

Remember, most players, coaches, directors and agents want to complete matters before the start of Euro 2008 on June 7th
