    A buddy of mine has lost 19KG... i asked him what his best tip was to lose weight.. he said he only drinks water.... never EVER drink Coca cola, pepsi or whatever you like as a soda again... not even the Light / zero shit... Drink water like a motherfucker and you are bound to lose weight...

    went swimming again yesterday... 45 minutes, 1KM, all muscle groups :) Swimming is the shit!

    I'm a swimmer myself... and without even going to the gym some muscles grew like there was no tomorrow... Swimming and going to the gym can be combined ofcourse... but one thing is for sure: swimming is fucking good for your muscles

    then you should start swimming... you can clearly see that because of the muscles under the armpits (and ofcourse the fact he just got out of a pool :P but i wasn't talking about that)

    I started being more careful with what I eat.. I started it the 20th of june and now, the 11 of july I lost 5KG! I just stopped eating doritos and drinking coke xD... now I want to take it a step further... what should and what shouldn't I eat? I allready started swimming and doing...
