Hmm yes that is possible actually, it has happened that large threads disappear for no appearant reason, might be backup related. If someone finds out which thread it is I can restore it from backup. Just send me a notice, cheers

Hey sorry for the delay, I missed this message. It sounds like either the dimensions are too large or the file size is. So what happens is that the forum converts the image to a regular gif which isn't animated. Try a smaller one just to test.

Sorry for the delay. @CrimsonianKing: I can't reproduce the error. The only reason I can think of is that the server was a bit slow when you tried to reply. Is it still happening?
