No we're not affected by the Heartbleed bug and we're not using ssl for the site like Martin mentioned

As you can see the infraction box caused that reputation box is only 3 positions.

Quite likely. Occasionally we have a thread missing for some reason, can't notice which one would it be. If we notice something we'll restore it.
