There's sometimes an issue with short usernames for some reason.

Need to include your user ID No. in the mention to make it work, I think.

My gifs freeze Marty, ill post them through advanced then i select them, upload, select then post them and they freeze like a normal pic.

And yes they do have .gif as an extansion :D

Gifs in avatars are pretty hit and miss on this forum, I usually have to play around with them before I can get one to work.

If you want one for your avatar pm it to me and I'll have a go at it for you.

I have the same problem, if i try to attach a gif, i think it has something to do with how big the gif is.

You just have to copy the link of the Image from the site and insert it as an image.

Hey sorry for the delay, I missed this message. It sounds like either the dimensions are too large or the file size is. So what happens is that the forum converts the image to a regular gif which isn't animated. Try a smaller one just to test.
