It does seem to be fairly serious locally. And it looks like it's about to really begin where I'm located at. Well, either that or I'm drunk at work, because I could swear the building just started moving.

Statistics about these issues are always going be skewed. Impossible to avoid really, considering - An immigrant could be someone from Morocco, but it could also be someone from the Netherlands. As far as the stats are concerned, both are "foreign". - 2nd, 3rd, 4th generation "immigrants"...
