You know, that is actually a really stupid expression. I mean ... someone thanks you for a service and you welcome him? Who came up with that?

    It simply means that the person is welcoming you to ask them for help whenever they need it.

    Isn't it kinda obvious?

    Here, I'll give you guys an example.

    Tom rings me up and says that he's got a problem - "Hey Stu man, this whore just came over by me man. I told her that I was busy and that this wasn't a good time, but she ignored me, and keeps demanding oral sex. What do I do man?" :scared:

    "Tommy, chill out man, I'm coming over."

    So I come over to Tom's place, and get that whore to leave Tom's house to come to mine instead, because of my overwhelming charm.

    So, after giving the whore what she wanted, I call back Tom. Tom says thanks for getting the whore to leave his house, and I say, your welcome, i.e. you are welcome to ask me to do this for you whenever you need me to. ;)

    Do you guys understand now? :D;):p
