Nice lineup Bubba, but I find your central midfield kinda suspect as Pirlo can't defend that well, and Maresca (if you choose to play him instead of Tacchi) is more attacking minded than he is defensive imo.

pirlo plays more like the distributer from defence to attack or from midfield to attack...tacchi will most likely start..and will be the grunt...

Tacchinardi + Pirlo/Maresca sounds excellent to me :thumb:

I thought 3 CBs with Tacchi + Zambrotta + Camoranesi will be able to hold them back...

maybe switch Pirlo with a more defensive midfielder...

Everything looks great except for the central midfield IMHO... Switching Pirlo for a more defensive player would do the trick :)

    heheh..

    seriously speaking..

i do not know who's the man playing DM fr Azzurri right now...

    besides tacchi...

i hoping to play it 3-2-3-1-1...

pulling pirlo back a bit and switching him with a good DM.. to partner tacchi..

Inzaghi's international record is not that great. Plus, he is hot and cold. He either scores buckets, or nothing at all for games on end, and not for lack of chances, either. He does make a fairly decent sub, however, in that his pace and one-sided desire to score are commendable...but it's not an argument I feel strong enough to advance when there are others.

Hey, here's a question: how do you guys feel about Cudicini?

    i think he's pretty good.

i'd have him as Italia's #3 keeper (behind Buffon and Toldo)

I'd consider him as #2 keeper after Buffon. Espacially for the future, as Toldo isn't that young anymore. After all, I haven't seen too many games with him staring, but what I saw was not bad. Quite good actually.

    didn't you see Toldo yesturday!!

There's no sense in making Toldo #3 when he still has it in him!
Cuducini will be #2 eventualy, but not now because Toldo is better.

(though toldo has been a bit inconsistant this season)
