Kompany has been voted 3rd favourite transfer target for defence by Barça supporters.

He has always been linked with Barça, and was invited twice there for benefit matches. Inter were close 2, but never heard an actual link between Juve and Kompany.

In Anderlecht they want to keep him for another year, to learn a bit more before going abroad

"Location: Brussels"

Feels like I can rely on you on this subject. :) Al though I would really want to see him in Juventus, I admire him very much.

nobody can out-bid Chelsea. We can only hope that Gerrard refuses the transfers and goes into a deep depression. :D
Chelsea already have Mascherano and Mourinho thinks he's better than Gerrard, so I don't think the latter will move to London.

I live 5km from the Anderlecht stadium but that doesn't mean I know what the managers are up to...

So Barca are getting Komapny AND Van Bommel?
that is likely. But you know how transfer predictions are..

I don't think we'll deal with Chelsea anymore. We'll get a Chelsea player only if his contract expires.

Unless we deal them Zambrotta for a substantial amount of money. All Mourinho needs is a quality leftback and goalscorer.

And yes Carragher was very good today, however I doubt Liverpool will let him go now.

Still I think Chiellini is absoluteirly neccesary to be played in the first team squad.

I've said it before, if we can't get Gila then make the most of maresca and miccoli and bring in Bojinov.

Let's keep Zambrotta, Chiellini's defensive skills are horrible(Milan game and others).
Might be a good idea to keep Zambo as leftback and play Chiellini as left-mid, instead of the other way around.
