Why don't you understand that maybe Muhammad's intentions weren't all that good? He could easily have used some other guy to do the work for him. There are tons of possibilities FFS. That the Quran was a quality work means squat.

A person may find a certain faith more compatible with his common sense, other people may do so because they find the moral message appealing and may believe it to be true, others because of certain rational arguments that favors one belief over another.

Because X, although he can write, is a moron. X didn't have the idea of presenting himself as a prophet, Muhammad did.
