Proper vitamin D supplements are basically non-existent in Bolivia. Hmm... I smell opportunity here. It just seems a bit hard to market. Most people probably have no idea what it's for.
In the US you have doctors saying that nobody goes outside anymore or that they always slather themselves in sunscreen, so they're all on a deficiency. What's the motivator in Bolivia? You guys are halfway to the sun as it is.

Congrats; Dusan!

Oh, he gets those all the time ... even when he doesn't want one. That's not newsworthy.

People don't go outside either.

And having darker skin makes you more likely to be deficient.

I didn’t want to be cheap. If I understand correctly NY is the only state where lawyers are involved in simple real estate deals. I didn’t know any lawyer here so I asked a friend who recently dealt with the same situation how her experience was. I know now that she had a very low bar.
And this guy is charging slightly more than usual anyway.
Mmmmmhp not sure if that is accurate. Depends on what sort of real estate you’re talking about and the type of financing.

Great work sir.
Of course I’m not talking about commercial real estate. The key word was ‘simple’ meaning a single family residential property.

OK. I think some states require an attorney to be present at closing if you and a bank are signing a mortgage agreement. Typically these fees are assessed in closing costs. Just another worthless rent seeking racket, of course. Wouldn't hurt to get legal representation if you think you're getting screwed over by the bank or the seller, it probably depends on your situation and the mortgage you're about to sign.

Banks have their own attorneys. When I bought my house in Texas there was a form contract for that kind of transaction. If there was anything wrong with the title then title company was responsible, and you paid title insurance anyway. Here to sign a basic contract you need a lawyer. He doesn’t really do anything that title companies wouldn’t do.

It looks exciting, but am I the only one here who doesn't know what it is that you do - other than graphic design? What projects?

basically i had 2 choices after finishing architecture in 2018. either i search for university and do an official phd work and they break my balls with limitations and no matter what, ur work be seen inside the architecture world only. or to do what i did, which is to brand my work and take it to other creative fields like music visuals and fashion visuals.

right now i am quite well known as a visionary designer architect something in these lines.
and if i want money, i like collaborating in graphics as freelancer artist.
never studied graphics also.

so the project that i care about is the rotating architectural structure in this post.

here is some architecture work i have done

In what line of work?
Thanks boys!

Well, it's rather a specific job. By the way, I was hired as they couldn't finish the production so it might be temporary (at least for a month and half). It's a production of honey. Quite specific ingredients, top class, and something for export as it's pretty expensive (250g for around 25 euros). I work in production but I'm pretty much involved with everything and even bottling and packaging. There are two things that I absolutely love about it 1) the job itself gives me a huge interest as I read about such before and I had interest of investing in such line of work. I'm here now giving 101% simply because I want to learn (and I'm learning) from the experts who are in that field for a long time. So far I'm happy because I learned 95% of the production and I can basically make it on my own. 2) payment is really good for me, so far it's my highest wage and difference is huge, it's like 70% bigger than old wages. So no matter how long it lasts, I'd put it to good use (I have huge expenses now because I have to pay my greedy relatives who wanted % of the apartment where I live and when I my grandmother passed away...). Also, we're about to start making some creme that's using honey poison (1kg of it is around 80k euros). Besides that, I really love the atmosphere, it's very relaxed and friendly, literally makes everything 10x easier. I'm very happy (so far at least).

What is this?

Glad you like it so far. Having a good environment makes a world of difference, I think you will stay liking it then.
