Got Jury Duty and ended up on a trial that is likely to take a long time now employer is trying to jew me out of money. trial days are monday to thursday and i will be at work on fridays.
I am a salaried exempt employee, its my understanding that if i do any work during the week (even just friday) then i am entitled to be paid in full no? employer is trying to tell me i need to use PTO days but i dont thats legal for them to require that of me
