if you don't believe in feelings why do you think Enron has a problem at all? can't he just shrug it off and move on?
There are no feelings at work, it's a business, i know it's hard for you commies to understand, he's not his friend or family, i guess it's too much to expect of people to use their head and make these distinctions. Also this let's talk about how shit makes feel with strangers is only inviting more trouble, we are territorial creatures if you don't draw a line in the sand as soon you think you are transgressed upon you are asking for more trouble.

I think it's really fun that you think the world is made up of "commies" and "not commies".

I don't know man. I hear you say "no feelings" and the rest of your argument is based on feelings. Why does it matter how you act in business if there are no feelings? Your point about "asking for more trouble" is an appeal to feelings. Mark your territory to make the other guy feel where the line is. Make yourself feel safer.

Lol feel safe? What a confused out of touch perspective. Here's to hoping this silly sophistry gets you out of real life confrontations :baus:

My 2 cents...dont tell him how to behave as has been suggested...merely tell him how you feel about it e.g. be specific - "you did X, which made me feel like Y and I didnt like it and dont want to feel that way"

And then if he asks what why and delves further then you can suggest "maybe you could do Z instead"

i.e. be specific, dont make assumptions on why he is doing it, and if progress- give actionable feedback
are you a girl? :D
