A newco Rangers will be refused admittance to the Scottish Premier League after Aberdeen became the fifth club to publicly oppose the move.
Sporting integrity has trumped the financial hit the game will take.
You can't legalise cheating just because of how big a club is.
If Rangers had been allowed back in it would have been the end of Scottish football because pretty much every non-Rangers fan would have stopped going to games.
Game will take a hit short term, but if they do the right thing and start redistributing TV money fairly the league will become far more competitive and interesting instead of just being a two-horse race every year.

They went bust (due to defrauding the taxman), formed a new company but Aberdeen's vote has just kicked the new company out of Scottish football so that they have to re-apply get into Scottish football and they'll have to start way down at the very bottom.
