What do you have as suggestions then? Because sitting in the couch and surfing the internet or watching TV is not in any way doing your body good.
Not really, I just enjoying making fun of wannabe jocks from time to time. All in good fun. And young Dusan shouldn't take me too seriously :D

I broadly divide physical recreation in two categories. Sports and exercise. Sports is fun because what you're actually using most is your brain. That's what skill based activity is based on, training neural networks if you will. And that's the whole reason it's fun.

Exercise is stuff like running, you just blindly repeat the same thing and you could do it even if you were brain dead. That stuff really bores me.

Anyway, I don't have any "answers", all I know is what's fun to me.

I have beed doing weights and cardio 4 times a week, and my body is nowhere even close as it is now...now, I do cardio 1-2 a week, 15 min max.and 45 min weights

U loose muscle strength with cardio, sauna...

Your points of view are weird...sometimes I don't know if you are being serious or not. :D

thats why you work out or do physical activities when your high

that way you're stimulating your brain and your doing something physical

about 8-9 years but it doesnt mean anything as i was on and off, i am confident you can get to your target within a year

I don't know if it's possible.If it's gym then yes but with home workouts I don't think I could do in one year.If you have some good program for it I'd be willing to read/see it.

bah grow some balls lol i dont its kinda intimidating with all the big guys around but who cares you re there for a purpose
It's not like I'm scared but I think it's boring to go all by myself.

I do similar workouts to Arnel's but more intensive and I think I will settle with that now.My dad is going open some sort of a gym soon though and it's close to my house so it will be my new destination most likely.
