Getting that toned level of fitness isnt that hard Dushan, keeping is though

Was in that fitness 3 years ago, when I used to do Capoeira and such besides the usual sports activities, and capoeira helped me become limber and agile (needed strenght plus speed to a level it was quite a nice mix, instead of just strenght like many aspire after).
But you have to be quite active to keep that shape, and last 1.5 years, I havent, so now its like that shape plus 7-8 kgs

Though it wasnt practical for me to be in that kinda shape anymore, so I dont mind, you dont keep the shape just for the sake of it. But what you do, and how you enjoy etc.
