You know what? As a matter of fact I had not pursued that line of research. Obvious as it may sound.

if you can overcome the intimidation of the gym and make it there for a good 3 weeks you ll see what we re talking about, you ll be a different person
To be honest the only ambition I ever had in that direction was skill development in sports. Not strength or speed or bulk or anything else.

Getting that toned level of fitness isnt that hard Dushan, keeping is though :D Was in that fitness 3 years ago, when I used to do Capoeira and such besides the usual sports activities, and capoeira helped me become limber and agile (needed strenght plus speed to a level it was quite a nice mix, instead of just strenght like many aspire after).

But you have to be quite active to keep that shape, and last 1.5 years, I havent, so now its like that shape plus 7-8 kgs :D Though it wasnt practical for me to be in that kinda shape anymore, so I dont mind, you dont keep the shape just for the sake of it. But what you do, and how you enjoy etc.
