It's not that easy though. You present it as if staying faithful is enough. You have to stay faithful whilst demonstrating that you could stray if you wanted to, but you don't want to.
That goes back to Risa's comment about complimenting them once in a while.

You will do fine :coffee:

BTW, pro tip- virtual interviews are the best because the interviewer(s) will never know if you are wearing pants and vice versa

so let yo nuts hang low
Thanks. :D Someone had to say it, and it best be you.

Just use your phone and remember to look at the interviewer not yourself in the top right-hand corner
Or stare at your nutsack saying, "Just look at these babies!"

I use a couple of apps that talk you through the process. There are many different types of meditation and you kind of have to find what works for you.

I find walking meditation and visualization to be the best for me.
True story... when I lived in Maryland, I used to to go a Thai Buddhist temple in Wheaton, MD to get my walking and lying meditation on. Some great food too. :lick:

Past 30, you have to lift as a man from a hormonal perspective

I agree. I'm experimenting with sprinting more right now though. Apparently it builds at least some muscle too and it's a fun change. But, and I doubt I'm alone in that, I've always felt better/happier at times when I was lifting regularly.

Which is why I said it's still a personal choice.

As for feeling happier.. You sound depressed when posting on this forum. Lots of people have reported that they feel happier after lifting. I do too personally. Part of that is no doubt the hormones that are released after, I guess @Zacheryah might know more.

Generally I'd say I lift for long term health, but also because I like doing it and because of immediate positive effects (let's face it, we are all vain).

Oh and I abhor yoga and any form of stretching exercise.
When deeply taxing your body, you release plenty of dopamine & endorfines. Post workout euphoria is a result. Its not like you just did heroine, but its just this calm, satisfied, more tolerant moodset you get.

Well, after the breakup I had a lot of anxiety from being alone. Especially at work and the meditation helped to minimize that. It was a little relief at the time but now almost 2 months later it helps a lot more.
It's weird how breakups can mess you up like that. I guess you sort of go into rehab from the particular person.
