like dru said!!!! hang in there its worth it, sure i know the first days are from hell but you can do this just stay strong, drink a lot of water to speed up getting the nicotine out of yr system, drink loads of lemon, or orange juice too. if you cant sleep take one table spoon of any cough medicine u have at home, its not medicine abuse if u r too frightened or anything actually the cough medicine will start getting all the nasty shit ( yes shit thats the least u can say about it) out of yr lungs and to it will knock you out so u can sleep!!.

advice and i know you might find this hard but avoid tea, coffee, and fizzy drinks like the plague until u get past the first three days bec they trigger yr cravings for nicotine and make u loose yr mind thinking of a ciggy. so a huge no for that ok. now grit on those teeth james blunt and in the words of the funniest desi out there!!!
