Yeah I think wearing that much clothes takes getting used to. I froze my ass off in 41 degrees and I had a ton of clothes on. I don't think I can do that everyday. Sixties and seventies are nice.

In other news, I just started with the exercise program you sent me - just got home from the gym. I suppose if you can't life your arm over shoulder height it should be viewed as something positive, but most of all I feel like dying

I can't wait. Btw, I couldn't do the skull crushers because we don't even have the tools for that in the gym. I just went with the tricep kickbacks instead, don't think it will change much.

If you can't do skull crushers you should defo do close grip bench. It's probably the best exercise for triceps but I was gonna recommend you that for rotation eventually. So you should do that instead. As for the kickbacks they are good and you can do them at the very end, just to destroy those last muscle fibers. That exercise is more for shaping triceps though but nonetheless a good one in my books.
Random cold. It's nothing scary and I might even go to uni tomorrow, but I just hate it.
