Pazzini sucks but Italy need a finisher up there and he is better than Miccoli when it comes to that. Pazzini and Cassano pair was a proven one. Lippi shouldn't have ignored it so easily like that.

Miccoli would run and offer more outside of box. Don't think like Italians Hoori..."we need a poacher". No, they don't. Balotelli is not a retard and he could bang in goals easily...Cassano too.

I really liked Montolivo BTW.

People will criticise him for starting in CM ahead of Marchisio or whatever but he's been good in the last two games and someone like that on the ball is needed in the absence of Pirlo. Really calm and composed.

Great result for NZ. It was a brave defensive performance, but that's going a little overboard. They scored on their only shot on goal, and that one was probably offside.
