Seeing these idiots crying over a petty film I wonder if they know at all what this film is about. Have they seen it, or do they even know what exactly it says about Muhammad or it's only offensive because they (who?) say it's offensive :shifty:

You know that the whole representation of the Prophet is offensive.

I think so, I believe you are not allowed to depict him. This is what I meant about aspects not working so well in the 21st century, but left the discussion.

That's ridiculous but it wasn't what I meant. Like many other similar contorversies in the past (Salman Rushdie's Satanic verses, the Danish cartoons, etc), many of people crying over the matter don't even know what's exactly happened. Not that it would make them act differently but the fact that they don't even feel the need to study the subject themselves and then decide how to react is insane. "They" say it's offensive so it has to be offensive.

For us, there is nothing to study, the representation is wrong and offenisve no matter what the content, the aim of the movie is.

I am allowed, I'm not a muslim.

In Shia Islam you often see depictions of Muhammed.
