I don't care who wears em, they are simply the best football boot!!
No way! The reebok baleni is the best. Besides the fact that Ryan Giggs wears them, they are the most comfortable, light, and they have the laces completely covered.

no! mercurial vapour(henry) so lite! wonderful IMO
Those are good boots, but they wear out quickly and they are very comfortable. Good for a match boot if you are a substitute striker...

Preds are definitely the best all round boots. They are sturdy, much more so than the mercurials, and of course they look cool too. They also have these curling patches on them, if you hit the ball right it curls more.

Ian, I have got to be honest I haven't really seen the boots you mentioned. I'll go look out for them next time I'm in town

Fahad, you stole my shirt :fero:

According to your description at least there's one thing I might beat you at, well I'm happy with one :D
:D

Well, rather than shooting from a long distance I always try to get my way past defenders to be in an ideal position and then score .. Besides, I rarely take free-kicks as we already have a specialist in that in the team that I play in ;) I also hate scoring Inzaghish goals (tap-ins) but missing them would be a crime therefore I always become extra-careful when taking them ;)

I'll tell you what, you play the first 75, I run out of steam really fast anyway, my shape isn't good. I'll take them on the last 15 when they're tired and you get your deserved rest, how does that sound? ;)

they're the gold ones aren't they?

they're good except for the fact than they're pretty big and not tight fitting enough for close control like the predator is:)

The best two shoes:
1998 predator :thumb: (narrow base and very flexable)
2002 Predator (all red) :thumb:
these two pairs are the best overall in terms of Comfort, looks, fit, durability, and performance.

For specific features, Nike Vapor is the lightest and the best for speed as it has an arch shaped base...

The most stable shoes i've tried for dribbling is a Diadora though they aren't durable.

My favourite is Vapor, you feel very close to the ball with them and they are extremely light. Many people say that they are unstabile but I disagree.

Among regular shoes I prefer Rizzo.

I scored three belters today with me preds

nothing like a good pred IMO, mercurial vapos look better (the silver or blue version anyway) but preds have got to be the best all round boot

Well .. I think it will depend on the score ..

I mean if we're already winning 4-0 .. then I think it's OK to give you a go .. so that you get a grip and know how does it really feel .. you might also get some experience ..

But if we're trailing or drawing .. then I think you should keep warming the bench ...

Celebrities... they're all the same.. :groan:

Zizou, if you haven't scored in 75 minutes, you're of no use to the team on the pitch :p
