People criticize Ange and Amorim for a lack of pragmatism in sticking to their style despite clearly not having the players for it. Maybe Motta is an attacking coach at heart but has the wisdom to adapt based on his players

I'd personally replace him Mancini who I think will accept the job instantly. Might be an unpopular choice but this team clearly lacks guidance, we look like a bunch of school kids out there. Silly mistakes, silly dribbles and costing us point left and right. I think Mancini can install some defensive solidity and scrape a top 4 or 5 spot.
Ideally we get Zidane or Xavi in the summer.
Second point, Motta is on 3.5 m per year in 3 years. That's what, 10.5 x 2 = 21 million? That is, if he decides to remain jobless for 3 years.
We just spend 40m on a 4th choice CB from Newcastle and a scrub that didn't even play professional footie a couple of years ago. I don't think this club will care about a 21 million loss. We're pissing away money like there's no tomorrow.
I personally think we want to do some proper HR branding and therefor don't sack our coaches midway, so we remain attractive. But I can't think of any elite club who would accept being out of the title race by round 5 after spending 200m+ plus

I personally think attack is the best defense. More so when your defenders aren’t very good at handling pressure of defensive tactics.
But I’d be ok with defensive football if the results were there. If at least there was improvement month after month. But the footballl is bad and the results aren’t there and he refuses to try anything differentz

This isn't the main point of your post but the defining characteristic of Angeball isn't attacking football it's hard work and graft. It's about success through effort - making that the focal point of the team and being able to turn each game into a war of attrition which the opposition cannot hope to win.
That's why I'd be excited to see him at Juventus. His ideas match our club ethos.

Motta’s previous Bologna side are only 6 points away from us after we invested 200m and sold its best players with Calafiori and Zirkzee.
