Like sunshine!

Buff
Thuram
Nedo bedo
Vannisterror.

Hey peolple,, dont you think that Ruud vould become in one of the best striker ever on earth?. Because this guy is destroying any goalkeeper that he find in his way.
In any league, against any team, he always score, no matter if the enemy is Buffon, or my grandmother.

H scares me, its too efficient. I saw news today that Manchester wants to sign a Contract with Ruud till the end of his career, with very high wages. In his position (Man U) i would did the same :)

Yep, I always thought he was great and he's just improving. If he keeps this up, Cantona will finally see a successor.

About RVN, it's definitely scary how this guy looks unstoppable. His goal against Chimenti after Veron's pass was crazy.......it's like the ball knows it's way after it leaves his foot.

Yeah RvN is the best striker in the world with Vieri. However if RvN gets injured, MU have no substitute.....Forlan? Yeah we all saw what a 'great' player he is when he came in front of an empty net against Juve :D

My vote also goes to
Buffon
Thuram
Nedved
RVN

But I don't think UEFA would be fair enough to award 3 players from just one team. So according to UEFA, it would be Maldini for best defender as he leaded AC Milan to win the CL final.

Yeah Maldini will take it.

An interesting point, is that if Milan had defeated us in the Italian Super Cup, Maldini would have been closer to clinch the golden ball...now Nedved looks closest again :)

Hopefully Milan will lose the European super cup too, so less chances for Maldini :D

i would have buffon, nesta, nedved and RVN.

they all stood out from the rest.

RVN is very good indeed. i also believe that being always fit and healthy helps him a lot as well. helps him keep his efficiency.

i believe that if Vieri had the same fitness and health all the time, he'll bag 30 goals plus every season as well.

Well this will be the verdict:

Buffon
Chivu
Nedved
Van Nistelrooy

This is what it should be:

Buffon
Thuram
Nedved
Vieri

I would rather have Vieri overn Ruud anyday in my starting 11.

Actually...you could make a pretty good 11 out of those:

---------------Buffon-----------------

Thuram---Chivu---Nesta---Carlos

-------Makelele---Davids-----------

------Zidane--------Nedved--------

-------------Vieri---Raul--------------
