One of my favourite band from the 90's Soundgarden has reunited. Chris Cornell has one of the best rock voices ever.

Cornell is an incredible frontman. But i don't think Soundgarden getting back together would be a great move.Yes it's great for Soundgarden fan,but i would be pretty surprised if they can be as brilliant as they were back in the day.I think Cornell should have continued going solo. He's more than capable of doing very well alone.

His last album didn't show it.

    Vedder and Cornell duet. Awesomeness.
I have the temple of the dog album and a Mother Love Bone album they are amazing especially the former Chris' voice is amazing on that album

Stone Temple Pilots beat all you fools.
They are a cool band but not the best from that era imo.

Temple Of The Dog is probably Cornell at his singing and songwriting best. Nothing he has done afterwards can top it in my opinion. Brilliant.

I've always wondered how wide spread is the American band Sublime? Are they popular in other countries too? They don't have a lot of music out there because the lead singer died pretty early but what they have is amazing

All rock fans should check out "It Might Get Loud". Really fun and interesting documentary about 3 generations of guitar players, Page, Edge and White.

Page - a good ol' grandpa who seems like he wouldn't hurt a fly and just lives for the blues
White - an egocentric with an attitude but also an incredible charisma, who really enjoys just playing, no matter on what, how or where
Edge - a pompous prick who's trying to make a science from a goddamn guitar

Those are my opinions in a nutshell. Hope I didn't ruin it for you. :D

Anybody saw Guns N Roses? Are they any good? I mean the current GNR, not the old, if it was the latter, the question wouldn't need asking.

They're coming to my city and I'm undecided. I love old GNR, but I have no idea if Axl still has it or is he enough. Chinese Democracy was meeeeh.

They were at a festival I was at a few years ago. Didn't check them out myself since I don't like them one bit, but some of my friends went to see the show. According to them it wasn't exactly good, but still somewhat all right.
From what I gathered, if you are/were a fan it was worth checking out, if only for nostalgia's sake. Just don't expect to be blown away.

Cheers, I was expecting an answer along those lines... The prices are a little steep so I don't know yet.
