Nocerino is very good and very talented but he is too inexperienced therefore I would welcome any midfielder who could organize our defensive play.
Nocerino will be his understudy for a year and then replace him
which players never inexperienced before? this problem lies down to the coach.. look at fabregas for example.. at the age of 16... he's playing epl.. and replaced vieira in the CM for arsenal.. if ranieri can play him often.. he can be the top class CM in italy after gattuso.. and i see the pairing of nocerino and de rossi in the future for italy.. tbh.. i dun mind gamble on a talented player for the first eleven.. :)

Loan deals are usually discussed for players between 19-24.

Milan do the same thing with a 10 years older players to suit their team average age.
Unfortunately, it is quite hard to take the piss out of Milan when they keep winning European Cups with their pensioners XI.

Milan back in for Emo?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reports in Italy claim that Milan could renew their efforts to sign Real Madrid midfielder Emerson after negotiations failed last week.

The Brazilian seemed close to joining the Champions League winners after a meeting between Rossoneri Vice-President Adriano Galliani and Real sporting director Predrag Mijatovic.

The San Siro outfit was eyeing a loan switch with the option to buy the 31-year-old at the end of the season and a deal was reportedly struck.

However, Merengues chief Ramon Calderon then sank the deal by insisting that he would only let El Puma leave on a permanent basis for a fee of £8m.

Milan subsequently withdrew their interest in Emerson with a statement on the club’s website on Wednesday, but rumours suggest this might only be a strategy.

The former Roma star still seems set to leave the Santiago Bernabeu, as new Coach Bernd Schuster has made it clear that he is not part of his plans.

In the meantime, the player has admitted that he would be glad to play for the Rossoneri under Coach Carlo Ancelotti, with the pair sharing a mutual respect.

“I know nothing about an alleged bid from Inter, but I know that Milan approached us and what happened afterwards,” explained Emerson.

“Madrid asked for more money in order to let me go, something around £8m. I don’t know the exact figure, I haven’t spoken with anybody yet.

“If someone calls me, I will listen. I still have two years on my contract with Madrid, but to join Milan and play for a Coach who wants me would be a beautiful ending,” added the midfielder.

Emerson: Please release me!

After Real Madrid raised his price-tag to £8m, Emerson threatened the club if they don’t release him to join Milan.

The former Roma and Juventus midfielder was all ready to return to Serie A on loan when Real suddenly changed their minds, demanding a permanent move.

“I asked to be left behind when Real went to play the Carranza trophy. I knew Milan were about to come to Madrid for talks, so I preferred to stay here,” he confessed in the 'Gazzetta dello Sport.’

“I thought everything was sorted out, but on Wednesday my agent called to say there were problems. He told me to stay calm and be patient, so I took his word for it. As I wait, I am back training with my teammates.”

Yet he is not a part of Coach Bernd Schuster’s plans and does not want to stay at the club that fired Fabio Capello.

“I have another two years on my contract with Real, but if I have the choice then I certainly want to leave. I have spoken of Milan many times, they are my objective.”

With the Rossoneri declaring this weekend they will not accept the new terms of this deal, 'Puma’ is taking matters into his own hands.

“If Real do not lower their economic demands, they must be prepared to accept the responsibility and consequences of keeping me here.”

San Siro beckons either way, as Inter are also showing an interest in Emerson to reinforce their midfield.

“I know that Roberto Mancini spoke highly of me. I was told of this and obviously it is flattering, but I have not spoken to anyone.”

Emerson: Why I Want To Leave

Emerson's "come and get me" plea to AC Milan relates not just to the draw of AC Milan, but also his own desire to escape Real Madrid. Many are asking the perfectly legitimate question: why? Emerson seeks to silence his critics with a candid answer...

Emerson, pictured in happier times at the Bernabeu, is desperate to leave Real Madrid.

AC Milan's interest is well known, but the two clubs are still struggling to reach an agreement over the Brazilian ball-winner.

The midfielder can't wait to join AC Milan, but isn't merely attracted to the San Siro: he also wants out of the Bernabeu.

In a frank interview with the Gazzetta dello Sport, the player described why he's so eager to leave the Spanish capital.

"I want to go to Milan. That's my first priority. I want to leave Real Madrid because I desire life in a calmer city, and to live well."

Clearly upset with his treatment in Spain, and the goldfish-bowl lifestyle of a Real Madrid player, he clearly sees Milan as something of a greener pasture (although many would ask if he's familiar with some aspects of the Italian sporting press as well as the Spanish media.)

On the footballing side, he admitted that it was a valid question as to his unquenchable thirst to leave Los Merengues behind.

"I understand that they think it's incredible that a player doesn't want to remain in Madrid," he conceded.

"They think I'm crazy, but the truth is, they want me to leave."

Indeed, they do. porting director Pedrag Mijatovic has been negotiating the player's transfer for some time, perhaps since president Ramon Calderon's early summer pronouncement that Emerson would be leaving the club.

Finally, the player questioned his own price tag.

"The club's requesting eleven million euros for my transfer. I don't understand it. I always behave well and if I'm not going to play, it seems that the amount they want to get rid of me is excessive."

The player, then, is perhaps warning his current employers that they'd better offload him for a more agreeable fee, unless they want to be stuck with an unused player on the wage bill, as he has no intention of acting in such a way that would breach contract.

Madrid President Ramon Calderon may respectfully disagree with these remarks. Mijatovic reportedly brokered an 8m euro fee with Milanese counterpart Adriano Galliani on Tuesday, only to fail to gain the president's assent.

Emerson is under contract until 2009.

Emerson Offered To Inter?

After calling off Emerson's transfer to Milan, it seems Real Madrid president Calderon would be happy to sell the midfielder to Inter instead...

Milan are not letting go of Emerson. But Real Madrid president Calderon is continuing to snub Milan. After breaking up negotiations for midfielder Emerson which seemed to have been concluded, Calderon now spread the news that Real have rejected a new 19 million euro offer from Milan for Julio Baptista. Of course, Milan denied having made this offer.

Perhaps in an attempt to start an auction for Emerson, Calderon insinuated that Inter have also gotten involved in this transfer saga, and that their involvement is the reason behind the failure, at least for the moment, to bring him to the Rossoneri. Allegedly, Calderon is willing to give Emerson away at a good price to Inter if president Moratti were to request the player.

But, even though Mancini is well liked by Inter coach Roberto Mancini, the Nerazzurri have denied any kind of involvement in this situation. Transfer guru Ernesto Bronzetti, who was at San Siro last night, is still working to find a solution.

Galliani has asked for "Il Puma" to arrive next week, even though Bronzetti will first have to wrap up Cicinho's transfer to Roma, another long-running transfer saga involving Calderon's club.

AC MILAN, Emerson, not right the cost

10 million euros are the money asked for brazilian Emerson to Ac Milan. It is an high price, given the player age and his physical problems, and Milan don't change his offer of 5 million euros. So the negotiation are stopped, with a Real Madrid that have collected 8 million euros from As Roma for Cicinho, and transfer the engagement of Cassano to Sampdoria.
