Maniche was bad at Euro 2004? Were we watching the same tournament  Not that I'm saying we should sign him, but he was one of Portugal's most consistent performers all the way upto the final

Cmon,CM part of Portugal, along with attack(Pauleta) was their worst part of team.
Not Maniche's fault. Costinha was burnt out from a long season with Porto and below par during the EC, from his self-admission. Maniche started alright and turned great again as the tournament reached towards its outcome.

Maniche performed well in Euro 2004, his performance really impressed me in the tournament in defence as well as in offence. He is considered as 1 of the dangerous players for Portugal.

Davids is numero uno in my eyes......We would fit in instantly,Maniche is too big risk.....he played one good half-season and IMO bad Euro2004....now,Porto is playing like crap.....and don't turn on the song that he is onley quality player over there. We all know what Davids can offer us......I don't care if he played lbad in Inter.....guys,.....IT's INTER!!!!!!
Maniche > Davids imo.

I thought Juventus where thinking of going back for Davids, and thats why i said he is a better much better soultion to the below average we have right now especially in big games.

Not sure how you guys wanna pair Maniche with Nedved cos it seems to me that they are more or less the same kinda players, midfiled dynamos with good shooting and loads of energy but very little creativity

After watching the Euros, I was disgusted we didnt go 4 certain players and Miguel was high on my list , seeing our right back has been a problem for some time

My first choice of a midfielder would definitely be Pizarro as I do like him and he is used to SerieA but I am talking about January transfers nothing else

Not sure about Meghni of Bologna as he seems as one of theos hugely overrated players who does 1 trick in 1 match and crap in the next 6 and he is labelled ridiculously

I also like Xavi but we wont get him

Go to Udinese , raid them of their jewels, give them some of our players like Appiah as i feel he would do well there and Tudor, don;t think Tacchinardi will wanna go there as i get the feeling he deserves to be in a side going after titles and Cl trophies (delusions of grandeur) and get off them Pizarro, Jankulowski and Di natale and we will be on the par with Milan imo not just by results but with quality of players as right now we are not

Maniche has loads of creativity, especially when I see him playing for Porto. I suppose with Portugal he did not get to show his brilliance with Deco and Figo in the side, and acted like more of a ball winner, not a playmaker. Maniche has more creativity than Nedved, thats for sure, and he's a better passer and ball handler than Blasi.

About Pizzaro, do you think he has the size and tackling ability to play for Juve? I am not sure if he does, but I would certainly take a chance on him.

Maniche is a consistent performer, but personally I'm not a fan of his and I'd actually take Pizzaro over him.Reports are linking us to Mascherano at the moment, and he wouldn't be bad at all.

Pizarro is working hard and has loads of creativity and good passes. He isnt big, but Blasi is not either. He can play with Emerson.

Nedved - Pizarro-Emerson - Camoranesi

and that would be great IMO, but Mascherano is good too :D

I know it is FM but they have a very good eye for players so I say no to Pizzaro (I`ve never seen him playing just basing on FM) in FM his defence is not that promising
