Obviously I'm not planning on doing so, but if he would continue to use my image for many months without me approving, I don't see why I shouldn't.
So what court would you take this to?

Burke, this reminds me of Plushdick calling the State College Police on you after leaving that "tell me how my ass tastes" voicemail.

No, you are. Especially since you've probably never bought a house. It is impossible to sell one's house through forged documents.
OF COURSE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SELL PROPERTY THROUGH FORGED DOCUMENTS

Jesus Christ, Burke, what the fuck is wrong with you?

Realistically speaking though you would probably settle, Burke.
Realistically, I'd probably just kill you.

*Moving van pulls up*

Hey dad, there's a moving van outside.

What the fuck is that, Mike.

*Knock knock*

What's going on here?

Well, we have come to move in. I just received the papers from a certain Donald Michael Burke. He agreed to sell his house as per this contract right here.

SEVEN, IS THAT YOU???

300 miles?

And calling my local police would not be a problem by the way. They'd refer me to a lawyer, the lawyer would do some research or would go straight to court and the court would rule which court should handle the case. It's all pretty easy. It's not because you're in another country that you get away with things.

How is it that you are this ignorant about these things?

That's the biggest problem obviously. That's for private international law to decide.
They would probably just reject your claim.
