300 miles?

And calling my local police would not be a problem by the way. They'd refer me to a lawyer, the lawyer would do some research or would go straight to court and the court would rule which court should handle the case. It's all pretty easy. It's not because you're in another country that you get away with things.

How is it that you are this ignorant about these things?
DIFFERENT CONVERSATION WITH ANDY! INSIDE JOKE, FUCK FACE!
Because Andy said you could forge a consent form and that it would be just as good.

No, the court would throw your case out because they would ask what nation you filed under and you said: "I don't believe in nationality." So they would just tell you to fuck off.
I have never said I don't believe in nationality. Once again you are not able to read and comprehend.

It happens all the time actually.
What happened was that Burke called the phone number of a kid that went to another university and left an obviously joking message about him licking his ass. The kid in question then called his local police department claiming that he was afraid he'd be raped by a certain Michael Burke.

The next morning, Burke received a phone call from the police department 300 miles away telling him that his contact with the individual was "unwanted."

The police probably laughed their asses off after that kid left the station.

I see. Obviously the kid is pretty stupid here, but imagine Burke doing the same thing four or five times. Then you have a different case.

But I wasn't a mod sporting an illegal avatar. One of your most important jobs on this forum is to prevent members from doing such things.

Yea, and the local police couldn't do anything, not even the county or State police could do anything.

Andries, can we stop this? He changed his avatar. Lets close this subject right now or else I'm closing this thread.
The way I see it Burke and Andy are asking me questions about what they can and can't do. I don't know why Burke feels the need to insult me, but with everything else I'm just fine.

I'd go see the Gunsmith down the street Burke, you'll be expecting County Sheriffs soon.
Down the street? I have one down the stairs.

HOW DO YOU SUE OVER STATE CRIMINAL CHARGES?

You must not study US law...
There are several ways of doing that. It doesn't necessarily mean you'll get a conviction in both states though.
