PMed instead of show it here because he thought it was Ze's bussiness and waited for him, that he should be the one to show it to everyone here.

He was just being respectful to Ze, knows its best for everyone to know directly here what was said as it now has been quoted. Its better to be honest and open directly here, and Ze has been here so far. Alen just wanted to wait for him before showing any quotes.

I don't think Alen should have sent you the quote. First, as you said, it wasn't your business or anyone else's. It's the Mods job to moderate this forum, not yours or mine.

If its right for "everyone" then post it back up, just keep it closed. Simple as that. But why do that when ultimately it doesn't matter because its up to the Mods?

You all want the mods to be honest and say what the material in question was, but now you say they should have kept it to themselves? I was corious (because I thought it was power abuse as before) and asked for it, and they were nice enough to show it (ONE post of the crap he said). Wow, big deal. Non of you were asking for it, and I was. And the reason it wasnt shown here before was because Ze wasnt online.

If you're going to send him the thread so he can make a decision on the matter. Then you must send us all the thread and arrange a poll. That is the door the Mods have opened.

That post was here in the forums for a whole day and everyone could see it. It's not like it was a top secret.

People were asking why is Andy close to a ban. That particular post was the answer. I said that to Andy on MSN also.
Instead of putting that post here so everyone could see it i just told Andy and Osman (who was asking why is Andy close to a ban) by MSN/PM.

Alright you guys need an explanation, an explanations you shall have.


The reason Andy is being banned (well banished for now) is due to his continuous disregard for the rules. Now you can whine all day that "fuck the rules" but that's not how things work around here. You simply can't run around and insult people left and right and expect to get away with it because you're considered a deity around here.

Do you know how many members complain to me on a daily basis that they feel uncomfortable and abused by you two? Do you know how many members you've managed to drive away since you've been here? You don't own this place, I hate to break it you.

How many members would be allowed back after not serving their bans peacefully? How many here would be allowed back after creating a dozen dual accounts? No one, but dear me don't ban Andy for it, that's sacrilege.

I don't care how damn good of a poster you are if you're making it harder for us to do our job and if you're making the forum experience harder for other posters then just take yourself somewhere else.

Just to make something clear: This has nothing to do with the Parma fan incident. You are entitled to your opinion regardless of how sick it is. This started with you and your argument with Twenty--3. I decided to close that thread and not hand out any warnings, and then you went and started another thread and went on a blatant attack on the guy. That warrants a straight ban whether rules mean anything to you or your possy or not. It's also a slap in my face as a moderator.

After this incident we discussed this in the batcave and we came to a majority consensus that you are to be banned. However, we have a certain glitch in the system and so we decided to limit you to the NATW section. There was a problem and now you are stuck in the Italian section, I don't know anything about that.

Just to clear up another thing, this isn't personal. Andy is a good poster, he does bring a lot to the forums, and he has been a good friend most of the time. But that doesn't mean he's going to get special treatment.

I honestly feel offended here, Ze. Don't give me the moral high hat like that.

I don't care about Andy's ban, I'll agree he went overboard. He doesn't deserve a permanent ban, but that's my opinion.

My argument was against the appearance of preferential treatment. If you wanted to share the quote with everyone, you should have made it public. Not just giving to someone who is obviously biased. Now you have the quote public. Thanks.
