The reason Andy is being banned (well banished for now) is due to his continuous disregard for the rules. Now you can whine all day that "fuck the rules" but that's not how things work around here. You simply can't run around and insult people left and right and expect to get away with it because you're considered a deity around here.

Do you know how many members complain to me on a daily basis that they feel uncomfortable and abused by you two? Do you know how many members you've managed to drive away since you've been here? You don't own this place, I hate to break it you.

How many members would be allowed back after not serving their bans peacefully? How many here would be allowed back after creating a dozen dual accounts? No one, but dear me don't ban Andy for it, that's sacrilege.

I don't care how damn good of a poster you are if you're making it harder for us to do our job and if you're making the forum experience harder for other posters then just take yourself somewhere else.

Just to make something clear: This has nothing to do with the Parma fan incident. You are entitled to your opinion regardless of how sick it is. This started with you and your argument with Twenty--3. I decided to close that thread and not hand out any warnings, and then you went and started another thread and went on a blatant attack on the guy. That warrants a straight ban whether rules mean anything to you or your possy or not. It's also a slap in my face as a moderator.

After this incident we discussed this in the batcave and we came to a majority consensus that you are to be banned. However, we have a certain glitch in the system and so we decided to limit you to the NATW section. There was a problem and now you are stuck in the Italian section, I don't know anything about that.

Just to clear up another thing, this isn't personal. Andy is a good poster, he does bring a lot to the forums, and he has been a good friend most of the time. But that doesn't mean he's going to get special treatment.

Then let them be the judge if that is an individual they like to be above the rules (hence be allowed to say stuff like that to anyone of you).

Even if he can be good poster in football discussions, what most important is being a good poster in overall. Someone who says stuff like that isnt one in my book (and wouldnt be in others book if he was saying that to them instead of a faschist FM). He would be a good poster in general if he apologised for his behaviour and saying severe stuff like in that quote.
