Yo Fred, sorry for your Arsenal not to make it through..i really feel the game shouldn't have ended like that, the penalty was such a huge mistake..ooh well it was back to the team with the most luck on their side which made it through..
Ever since Sagna has been injured,Arsenal had only won 1 game..that is really sad..

I don't think that will be far off the reality.

It has also been noticeable that we have been linked with less players in the last few days, which could suggest our objectives are more definite.

What about Gazetta or Tutto??? HEHEHE

Ecco il piano di rafforzamento della Juventus in vista della prossima Champions League.
Già presi: Mellberg, Ekdal.
In arrivo: Amauri, Lampard o Flamini, Zapata o Piqué, Grosso o Pasqual.
In partenza: Belardi, Vanstrattan, Birindelli, Stendardo, Tiago, Marchionni.
In forse: Andrade, Molinaro, Zebina, Nocerino, Nedved, Palladino.
Di ritorno: De Ceglie, Marchisio, Giovinco.
(Corriere dello Sport)

What about Moutinho for midfield?

Moutinho Could Leave Sporting For €15m

Portuguese sports daily A BOLA reports that João Moutinho could leave Estádio José Alvalade in the summer for a deal worth around €15m.

The Portuguese playmaker broke into Sporting's senior ranks in 2005, having established himself as a first-team regular since his arrival.

The 21-year-old has a release clause of €30m, but another clause in his contract may well play a decisive role in the footballer's future.

If any club make an offer worth over €15m for Moutinho, Sporting will have to pay him 10% of the transfer fee if they decide to reject the bid.

According to news sources, there were 14 representatives from Premier League clubs at Ibrox Stadium last week during Sporting's UEFA Cup derby against Rangers, with Newcastle manager Kevin Keegan having reportedly travelled to Scotland to see Moutinho in action.

The Portuguese midfielder has a valid contract with Sporting until 2013, and is currently one of the best-paid footballers in the Lions' squad.

Moutinho has twelve caps to his name and is expected to feature for his national side during Euro 2008.

Moutinho is a great creative midfielder. Good passing and vision and already the captain of Sporting at the age of 21.

i would take that right now if i had the chance.

is Almiron supposed to come back here at the end of the season? and if so i would imagine he is going to be used to bring in some of those players?

I would way rather Lampard than Flamini but ... either would be nice.

Flamini would allow for Giovinco to have more freedom though. But Lampard would give us goals and a step up in quality which we lack.

Lampard over Flamini? Honest?

Both over Dinho, but Flamini is much better right now.

I thought about it a lot. FLamini is fantastic and i love his ridiculous work rate. He would fit in great here and I would be all for signing him.

But Lamps would add another dimension to our play with his neat passing and timed runs into the box. Plus with Momo in our midfield we could afford to have a more offensive minded mid like Lampard. He will also take us to a higher level with his experience and quality.

I think he would be welcomed by the senior players who seem to want the club to make huge European signings. Lampard also knows Ranieri and will hopefully be like a duck to water when he gets here playing alongside Momo. We don't want them to take for ever to gel.

I think:

Nedved/Giovinco---Lampard---Sissoko---Camo

would be a better mid than

Nedved/Giovinco---Flamini---Sissoko---Camo

plus Marchisio is a bit like Flamini is he not?
