He is a good player but
he is being brought back to Madrid in the summer i hear.

i don't think he is spectacular or anything though. I would rather have Hamsik or Aquilani to partner Sissoko in midfield. The fallout from De La Red returning to Madrid is we might have an increased chance to sign Aquilani but I am not sure he will leave Roma ..and if he does madrid might just buy him too. I think Gago or Diarra will leave Madrid.

Anythoughts on these guys? Diarra is a bit over rated I think (and Inter are linked alot with him) Gago is a good player though... he has not really hit his top form by any means though.

I saw Piatti playing last night and he played awesome. I hope I can find some highlights.

I watched his game against river plate the other day, the guy is really talented i'd rather have him than having any other forward instead.........in the future he can replace del piero in our team that would be a smart move by our board IMO.............

De la Red is great and he is going back to Madrid (they have an option on him).

Gago won't leave.

You are right he can be great indeed,at times at least. He is way too inconsistent though. He would never ever start ahead of Giovinco in his current form.

They are more likely to buy someone like Miguel Veloso, then re-buy a decent fringe player they already had and who wasnt good enough. He is a good player for mid level club or semi-top top, but not more.

De la Red was sold to Getafe on a permanent deal, unlike Esteban Granero's deal from Real which was a loan only.

Schuster has already said the Rubén will come back and he will get a chance. Then he either plays good or he will be sold.

His buyback fee is either €4m or €6m I can't remember. I think it is 6.
