Why are you going on with yourself, please nobody wants to hear you're shit
yeah, its obvious that those smart fans dont want to hear how they pretty boy plays crap, but it is the only way they do get any info on the player, because the just rate him high but dont watch his games.

oh wait Ronaldo had a bad game against Aston Villa and got booed off does that mean he is rubbish?.
if that was the case, then yes ... that would mean that he had a "rubbish" game and if he has a whole year with only bad games ... then the fact that the player is rubbish right now is quite obvious ...

Please just shut the hell up or go to,www.IhateRakitic.com and display you're personal childish hatred to the idiots.
let me have fun proving that most if these rakitic lovers just repeat what they read anywhere on croation fan sites and do not actually watch the players the want here... i do not hate him.

i'm just making fun of everyone who recommends players based on youtube videos and hypes and actually dont know how they play ... nice greets on schweini and rakitic fans

Zapata's Juve link denied Thursday 27 November, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Udinese defender Cristian Zapata is allegedly in line for a move to Juventus, but a transfer looks unlikely.

The Colombian ace has been one of Udinese's key men during the Friulani's rise to calcio's summit.

A number of top clubs are said to be keeping a close eye on the 22-year-old, but his agent has scotched the latest rumours suggesting that Juve are preparing a bid.

“Cristian is hoping to show his value at Udinese,” Daniele Vidal told Tuttomercatoweb.

“A lot of clubs are interested in him, but I can confirm that there has not been any contact with Juventus.

“Personally, I think that all the stories have been invented by the media.

“In any case, I don't think the Old Lady have the money and I don't expect Udinese to sell any players either.”

he is an idiot. We defn have money to buy Zapata and more expensive players than Zapata. He is probably just talking about it to maybe try to get things going for a transfer ... because nothing says transfer than an agent talking about how a player will stay at a club hahah

He may have a point (even though its a stupid thing to say)... look at how much Juventus has spent on defenders since Calciopoli that weren't Juve property (Criscito, De Ceglie and Molinaro were Juve property so they don't count):

Boumsong, Mellberg (free), Knezevic (loan), Stendardo (loan), Andrade, Salihamdizic (free), Grygera (free).

All those combined don't even add up to what Zapata would cost.

While Juve could easily afford Zapata, Secco & Co. don't seem to want to budget much on defenders.

Well, he's watching him now and he thinks Rakitic is not a good player. I also hear that Rakitic has been playing awful football lately so i guess that's why virtual thinks so low of him.

I watched Rakitic mostly 15-20 times (all the matches for Croatia and 4-5 matches for Schalke) and he's been great/very good/good on all these matches. I know that the kid does know how to play football and that he has talent.

But i can't say that virtual is wrong simply because i also don't know how will Ivan develop. Don't forget that we're talking about a 20 years old football player.
We don't know his true face yet. Are these last months what Rakitic is all about ? Was he a one season wonder ? Is this just a bad period for him ?

I can't answer these questions yet. I can only claim that he's got talent and potential. I can't predict if he'll be a success for Juve or not.

I was being facetious ;)

Dont disagree with virtua persel, he is playing bad, then he is, doesnt mean I am any less admirer of his talent, just because he is being inconsistent right now in this tender age for a player.

What I find laughable is the relish and eagerness he "reports" Rakitics subpar performances, it stinks of bitterness. Atleast I get it with Schweini, he isnt that good and is quite an annoying one, and people are genuinly overhyping him due to NT performances. But with Rakitic? Pretty bitter tone for God knows why, bit pathetic.

That pisses me off...how much would he cost?
We should buy him just to prove that dickhead that we have the money. Who does he think he is? Zapata is not Messi with a value of 100 mil.
We payed 20+ mil for a 28year old attacker, what makes him think that we don't have that same amount for a 22year old?

Or maybe this is exactly the reaction he expected ?

Sorry for the non-english clip, but this reminds me of one old Serbian movie. Those who understand the language will see the connection :

at first i thought the same ("who is he to say something like that"), but it could also be a strong hint that udinese would demand a ridiculous high amount of money for him that no one other than real madrid or city would pay ...

Well, he's watching him now and he thinks Rakitic is not a good player. I also hear that Rakitic has been playing awful football lately so i guess that's why virtual thinks so low of him.
don't get me wrong ... i don't rate him low ... this is the "i want this player to juve"-thread and so i do only judge the form and probability that a player was good for juve and anyone who does not get enough minutes in a club like schalke and does walk around the park when he plays with the eagerness of last years tiago !

he might have attributes of a good footballer, but right now and in the short past he was playing shit for his club.

now i here his fans say "but the club is at fault" or "he is being played out of position". fans will always find excuses just to take the blame off the player ... rakitic has achieved nothing so far and has no right to claim that a trainer has to field in on his favourite position or anything else.
furthermore what would you fans say when rakitic was in juve and did suck balls too ? aaaaah, i know ... it's ranieris fault ! as always ... this are "fans" like andy and co, who like to talk trash about the coach all the time and blame everything on the coach. those are not fans of juve ! that are just fanboys of some players that play for juve ... either support Juventus, which is players + board or just go to the fansite of rakitic and co

I was being facetious ;)
What I find laughable is the relish and eagerness he "reports" Rakitics subpar performances, it stinks of bitterness.
i find it more laughable to show such eagerness to hype him without actually seeing his games !

trust me, wasn't it for those people who do overexaggerate his talent and over all his form i would not even have posted anything on that topic.

i remember when i asked my mate who is schalke fan about rakitic and he said that he did play crap for schalke. i posted it here and immediately some fanboy came and explained how the opinion of my mate (who watches every schalke game) was totally wrong and how rakitic is THE man. perhaps the fanboys are hiding behind the couch now and cry ... that might be why nobody is showing up here

I understood that completely.
:D

I'll translate the related part.

The conductor: Granpa, you want me to stop the bus and kick you off? Pay for the ticket.
The old man: Let me ask you something, please. Can i take this ride for free? My son is in the army, i'm paying him a visit and i need every single penny.
The conductor: No, you must buy a ticket.
The guy with the hat: Let the old man go. Your business won't fall if he won't pay. Can't you see that he's poor?
The old man (angry) : Who's poor ? Me? Fuck you, i'm not poor. Let me show you that i'm not poor. Give me 5 tickets !

The old man reacted the same way as cunninlynguists. :D

Spanish site AS said we dropped Schweinsteiger to concentrate on Benzema.

I love the media!
that would be the single most awesome piece of news EVER! Best thing would be to get some sort of pre-contract with benzema for when trez stops. Nobody knows how long he'll go on, and with the continous injuries, it might as well be that he stops after next season, and at this very moment, i couldn't think of a better replacement for trez oder than benzema. That guy is just a 1:1-copy of trez!
