The Buli signed a brand new international sports deal not so long ago.

Italy is 2nd in terms of domestic TV deals, but the international deal is shambolic.

La Liga from 3rd to 7th place have some very good teams, hence their sides always doing well in the EL the last few seasons

I'm afraid we won't be able to resist Pogba's sale to PSG. If they can offer 50m they will offer 70 too it won't make any difference for them. Conte will ask for reinforcements in the Summer for sure especially after he decides he wants to dump 352 (which is possible but not that much atm). Crucial thing would be to sign new contract with Pogba so we could actually milk them if it ever happens.

We made 63 ? mil from CL last year, and we were nearly break even

How can we suddenly pull a 40 mil loss ?

then there is europaleague. How far will we go ?

Winning the europaleague, is equal in pricemoney to getting into the quaterfinals of CL.

In television money, its less, but still a good amount.

IF finances are really an issue, then its quite simple what we must do.

Whats the diffrence between first and second place in serie a, financially ? Not a big deal, some pocket exchange and the cut of the televisionmoney, wich is nearly the same iirc. Take the financial squad bonus for winning the league in accound, and lower it to second place, and financially, it might actually be better to be second.

However, progressing in the europaleague, gets increasingly more interesting. Its not the big numbers from the CL, but progressing gets nice paychecks each time.

IF we need money to balance our books, then quite simple we need to put everything on europaleague.

But lets stay realistic here. Its not like we missed the CL, THAT, is massive. We went out 2 rounds early. Its bad but not the end of the world

if we sell pogba or vidal, i'm gonna stop watching juve games. not to sound dramatic, i'll still be a fan but i won't be able to stand watching a team that lets their best players go and isn't interested in growth. i'd rather sell our entire bench and use primavera kids.

If juve is out of the CL, its by far the best that napoli and milan go out aswel, for two reasons

1) financially
2) we have a big advantage if we draw italian teams in euro league

About coefficient, winning or losing is the same in CL and EL so doesnt matter that much.

yes, Milan and Napoli must die, and then survive EL long enough to be met by us preferably

How much can we expect to earn from this year's CL campaign, 30-40m?
Our wages and amortization are higher than last year; domestic TV rights are practically the same; income from tickets might drop a bit as I don't think EL will attract the same interest and thus the prices will be a little lower; even if we win EL we can't expect to earn more than 10m; so if I had to guess I'd say 40-50m loss is about right.

The only real direct financial implications is no Nainggolian. Not more, not less, and believe me, I'm probably one of Nainggolians biggest fans in here and biting my ass off over us not getting him. He'll do wonders at Inter or wherever he goes instead.

On the other hand though, let's not overreact. The club is still on a solid good path to financial independency.

i'm sligtlhly worried that Pogba might want to leave next summer because of our failure to progress. I still don't think it's probable, but it's looming around in the back of my head.

Pogba is least of our worries. Our cash flow is 60m negative, simply no funds there. Debt, sales and share emission are our options.
