They're trying to change the rules where the big/most watched clubs get a big part of it to a better cut to the smaller clubs.

f*ck this, we want 80% of it. :D

Juventus are the major attraction for foreign viewers these days, sorry but we should be rewarded atleast a fifth of it. We showcase the league in the best light.
And let's say we get 5th of that amount; how much for the others; how competitive the league will still be, or exciting? Those same viewers once it becomes too predictable, same team clinching the title almost every season will find more excitement and entertainment elsewhere. Look at the Spain, they are seriously thinking to change the distribution as the figures started to drop. You're thinking as a fan and it's alright from that perspective, while the bigger picture is somewhat different and less favorable one. Not to forget the risk connected with that much dependance on one particular part of the income.

I agree. As long as we get a good share and one that isn't unreasonable, I'm in favor of strengthening the league as a whole. We have so many other sources of income anyway, and there are more to come (Continassa etc.) We will be more than fine.

I think it was 829m € per year. Not sure.
It was around that figure, so it's a nice improvement, but what Serie A needs is global recognition. While EPL earns roughly 1bn from international broadcast, Serie A lags behind with mere couple of hundred millions.

What is the diffrence between

Napoli and Milan loosing, so we get more television money from CL

and

Juventus getting a MUCH bigger cut in the domestic television money from serie a ?

Cause that was kinda my point

Do you have any figures on what the international broadcast rights are for Serie A? I heard it was about ~150M a season which is a pittance compared to the EPL (and possibly La Liga)
