i think ultimately any villain (out of the remaining selection) that is chosen for the 3rd part is gonna suck. if you think about it then you would realize that after the joker and 2-face all the other batman villains are just dumb. the only one i would like to see now is ra's alghoul. being that he was in the first installment it would be nice if he somehow survived the train wreck and now plans to exact his revenge upon batman. bane is also another villain that would make my pants go crazy as well.

otherwise:

poison ivy - gay
mr. freeze - gay
the penguin - gay
the mad hatter - gay
cat woman - gay
the riddler - gayyyy
I disagree.Batman has the best villians out there, and there can be more than one characters who can do a great job in the next movie. The thing is that because DK has been such a massive success, whoever steps into the 3rd movie as the villian will not be able to live up to the bar Heath has set.Batman does have the villains to make the 3rd movie brilliant, but Heath's performance will be near impossible to match.Still,Nolan is a genius and he will be able to pull off something.ra's alghoul doesnt seem to have enough charisma IMO.The same goes for Bane, who would be a bit too 'unreal' for Nolan's style. The Mad Hatter is actually a great choice.

Latest rumours suggest that Jolie could be in as Catwoman:cry:

God ive become SO fucking tired of her 'Sexy and Dangerous' icharacters.I hope this isnt true.

Ras Al Ghul has tons of charisma and is the only Batman villain to rival Joker in the Batman comics. And if one reads the comics, The Riddler is far from ghey, Jim Carreys was, not Riddler in general.

Regarding this movie, I excpected alot, waiting for 2 years, and frankly it left me absolutely speechless. 90% being due to Heaths Joker...holy frigging crap.

And yeah, whoever saying they wont see it because they dont like superhero movies, there is very little about that with Nolans Batman, this movie was a beyond epic CRIME SAGA. You watch it and compare it to epic gangster movies, not really a Superman or Spiderman movie. Thats quite evident if you watch how he builds up Gotham, and the distinctive themes through out the movie depicting this very dark and corrupted city.

There will be a 3rd, because this masterpiece has broken every box office record in no time, out selling everything in cinema history except Titanic (coming close to). And Its likely Two-face isnt dead. But if not, him, following up this insanely fascinating and perfect Joker will be a nigh to impossible task.

It's not about being mature. I just don't like these sort of movies and think they're very overrated.

Much like anime.
Don't judge a book by its cover, atleast read the synopsis on the inlet/back. :p

You really dont know what you're talking about if you're comparing Batman Begins and The Dark Knight to "anime".

This aint the Batjoke of Val Kilmer and George Clooney. If anything, the two latest batman movies by C. Nolan is more towards the mature audience.

Parents who bring their kids to the movie will find out that even the storyline is too thick for a young-lings to understand fully. And the action scenes are also not kid friendly. Different to Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk.

I absolutely loved this one, more than "Begins" but both are my fav movies. I dont think we could have created a superhero world (with all its conflicts) more realistic than what you see in Nolan's movies here.

thats exactly my point. the joker was portrayed the way he is supposed to be and by far the most maniacal and dangerous of batman's foes. the rest are all kindergarteners compared to the joker. any other villain chosen will be a failed attempt to fuck with batman because the joker was and is the only one who can get to batman like that.

    Fact 1 for Hanaukyo:
The Dark Knight is not overated. No one has called it the best ever, though yes it might well be the best superhero movie ever. And i dont see why you'd want to target Americans here, because as far as the main cast in the movie is concerned,Christian Bale,Michael Caine and Gary Oldman are all British.Heath Ledger is Australian, which leaves us with 3 americans in Maggie Gyllenhall,Morgan Freeman and Aaron Eckhart. The director of the movie is British too.The screenplay was written by 2 British people. And the story was penned by 1 American, and 1 British national..which leads us to a grand total of 4 major American involvments in the movie. The majority are British. Most of the shooting took place in England. All the production took place in England.Your attack on Americans here is not only uncalled for,but extremley stupid.

    Fact 1 for Ikinonhosa:

Zlatan actually acted well in 'The amazing case of the exploding Nostrils'.

In theory perhaps, but It was Written and Directed by an Englishman, with most of the pivotal characters being acted by Brits too...aspects that are far more important than who produced the movie. The director, writer and actor make the movie what it is.The credit for the movie,or the criticism, will go to Nolan and his crew/cast.Not Warner Brothers.

Who cares if it's American? What does it matter? A good movie is a good movie whether it's made in the US or Kenya.
