We've gotten rid of over 50m in wages between Ronaldo, Dybala and Douglas Costa/Chiellini/Berna last 12 months and in a year we're getting rid of Rabiot, and Sandro. Like I said about Dybala needing good conditions for him to thrive like his past seasons, there's no point getting Di Maria unless the LM and LB can cover him. Perisic can defend and tracks back a lot so I can see Allegri starting him over Di Maria since Chiesa and Cuadrado have got the right side covered. If Di Maria is a luxury option then keeping Dybala would make much more sense.

I am a big Dybala fan but you need to look at the difference in the contract length and the growth salary in both cases
