Paratici will try to build a new attack around CR7 next season: Icardi, Chiesa & Martial are the targets for Juventus, Mandzukic will be sold (If an important offer arrives) & Kean's contract will be extended. [TS]

Because it is a policy for the richest and this leads to a tax injustice, it's not normal for a guy like Ronaldo to end up paying a tax on 16% of his income while a middle-class person will be taxed more than Ronaldo in proportion to his income. With this kind of politics this will do as in France a social anger will appear in Italy because all these fiascals gifts it will be necessary that someone pay them.
This is kind of true but there's the other side of the medal.

First, I wouldn't call it a fiscal gift. If we speak about the policy of paying only 100k in taxes for all the income made OUTSIDE Italy, how is it a gift? I remind you it applies only to the newcomers who haven't been living in Italy before so before Italy was getting nothing. Now instead, they will have those 100k plus VAT income from all the purchases these rich people make within Italy. By making all these purchases they are also boosting the economy because there is a higher demand for goods (cars, yachts, real estate etc).

The same applies for lower taxes for big wealth made within Italy (football players in this example). These people will rather stay in Italy to spend or invest their money there.

Consequently, isn't it more profitable for the state to offer lower taxes for the very rich people who will in turn come to Italy in numbers to spend and invest their money than to have much fewer rich people and tax them hard?

In my opinion the ordinary people would also benefit from that but they need to see the big picture.

Whoever thought about Kante you can now officially remove your thought - Chelsea`s ban not lifted therefore they cant sign players until 2020...
I saw a transfer news in my country that quoted an EPL rumor which says Dybala to Man Utd for 100M
Still will appeal to CAS. This appeal was always going to fail anyway.

Dybala, Mandzukic & Pjanic are transferable for the club, In case of suitable offers, they could be sold. [Sky]

Szczesny, Bonucci, Chiellini, Cristiano Ronaldo & Matuidi are non-transferable for Juventus. [Sky]

If we are to sell players like Dybala, Mandzu and Pjanic then we definitely have to do better than Chiesa. Zaniolo would be good addition to rotate with Ramsey though. I really expect us to finally play some football from the center rather than only cross every fucking ball and expect to Ronaldo to win the header.
TBF after this season every formation of ours looks shaky:
- defence doesnt seem to as solid as before,
- mid weak as always, for few years already,
- attack bar Ronaldo is there any player who we can say that will be a starter for the whole season?

I like the idea of going back to playing with wing backs, but how many defenders we would need then? Emre Can as one of CBs then?
Maybe Sandro too? he stagnated in attack, doubt he would work so good as he did before as LWB.

A 19 year old Zaniolo is not the answer however
he's not the ultimate answer, but he's too good for his age. he could fit our b-list for the next 2-3 seasons at least, and develop. we don't have plenty of quality homegrown players, so fitting zaniolo on the b-list is an adequate solution to an existing problem.

:agree: There's no one player as the ultimate answer to our midfield anyway.

Momblano on live has said

Guardiola we have been working on for 2 years, we have made an offer and are waiting for his reply
Plan b Conte who wants us but would prefer man u, Bayern for example not so much Inter
Plan c Simone Inzaghi

Guardiola loves Koulibaly
Allegri and conte would want Icardi

Pogba difficult, he'd have to go to war with Man U
If we got a CB like Koulibaly it would be along with a very talented midfielder

If that's impossible you go with a less expensive option at cb he named romagnoli
And then maybe if all goes well Pogba but it would be a battle that would last the whole mercato

Allegri gone basically
Mandzukic gone
Khedira gone
That this clown is still going on about allegri being replaced while comments from the club and man himself basically confirm he is staying tells you how knowledgable/ honest his news is

I probably translated it incorrectly

More so that Allegri likes Icardi
You're translation is right, just Momblano things :D

Anyway this situation reminds more and more 2014:
- Post Ajax i'm reading from the fans the same thing i've read during Galatasaray-Benfica's days
- Max seems burned out, althought he's not Conte level with 10 euros stuff, his speech are getting weird, probably he felt too much pressure this year and now he is ranting a bit
- Last but not least this famous meeting between Agnelli-Allegri where there's no problem, everything is fine, we will prolong, yet this meeting had to happen althought our season endend a month ago

We won't have enough money to buy all we want, unfortunately..

We should look for the best deals with money / quality..

In midfield we should go for Rabiot who's a free agent, James (Bayern won't buy him), and someone between Barella / Ndombele (would be around 100 million though)

Midfield should be first priority 100%.

a man simply cannot watch Matuidi/Khedira as a "creative force" for another season. Enough of this madness

I strongly believe Moist Booty should get a chance. That kid has something
