The swap deal is real fishy transaction, because it is like colluding between club for FFP and both club do the mark up
I have 18 mill player, you have 13 million player the deal is 5 million (18-13). Lets add 12 million so both of club stated it is 30 million and 25 million

So the transaction still the same but both club get profit they need to pass the FFP
Juventus is a listed company right? They publish financial statements and reports which includes asset values, and specifically Players' Registration Rights. It wouldn't be hard for any auditor to follow the trail of numbers to call out any jiggery pokery; and especially so when the other club involved is also a Ltd Company or PLC (or equivalent).

If Barca get's Neymar they have Messi, Dembele, Griezzman, Luis Suarez & Neymar.. If they consider to sell Suarez, would he be an option for Juve?

With in the mind we sell Gonzalo, Mandzukic, Matuidi, Khedira & Rugani ofcourse.
I will take Cavani over Suarez, inserting him in Dybala deals for 1 year free loan + pay his salary (10 mill). We get our squad filler for free, highly prolific and his contract end in 2020

Cavani is also a good option but i want to keep Dybala as our Argentinian Del Piero..

For the Juve profile with workrate etc Cavani is the best option. But if you watch to the stats and combine this with football skills i would pick Suarez over Cavani (60-40 % )

Suarez scored in 5 seasons Barca 174 goals in 236 games.
Cavani scored in his last 5 seasons 167 goals in 236 games.

Sketchy as these deals are, how do you prove that a players fee is ‘inflated’?

No. Suarez is declining, on massive wages and will have no resale value.

Juventus announced they have sold Leonardo Spinazzola to Roma for €29.5m, while purchasing Luca Pellegrini for €22m.
Both players had their medicals over the weekend and the transfers were confirmed after midnight, Italian time.
In the case of both Spinazzola and Pellegrini, the payment is to be spread out over three financial years.
They both signed contracts to June 2023.
To all intents and purposes, the deal is Spinazzola to Roma for Pellegrini plus €7.5m cash.
Juve confirm in their statement that the sale of Spinazzola qualifies as a profit of €26.6m. --> This is the key

“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that these agreements have been finalised with AS Roma S.p.A.:
“Definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Luca Pellegrini for a consideration of €22 million payable in three financial years.
“Juventus and the player have signed a four-year contract of employment until June 2023;
“Definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player Leonardo Spinazzola for a consideration of €29.5 million to be paid in three financial years. The economic effect is positive for about €26.6 million.”

https://www.transfermarkt.com/leonardo-spinazzola/profil/spieler/118689 --> 15 mil Euro
https://www.transfermarkt.com/luca-pellegrini/profil/spieler/346567 --> 5 mil Euro

The value in transfermarkt is not book value, more of current value of the player, difference between Spinna and Pellegrini is 10 m
But our management regards Pellegrini highly, so the difference are deal with AS Roma @ 7,5m

Normally we will do the transaction with Juve sell Spinna for 15 m to Roma, and buy Pellegirini for 7,5 m
Is there any club offer for €29,5 mill for Spinnazzola ??? I can see max 20m and highly probable it will be 15m+5m add-on or loan 5m with option/obligation for 15m

Player values are decided by the selling and buying club. Transfermarkt makes their own estimates of what they think a player is worth, but these numbers are meaningless because clubs never buy and sell at the numbers that transfermarkt provides. You may think the transfer fees for Spinazzola and Pellegrini are too high and so do I, but there’s no way to prove that these numbers are inflated or illegal.

Not really anything an auditor can do, players aren't included at their market value in accounts (hence why you get plusvalenza).

Nothing wrong with two clubs agreeing a price for a player. If a club is willing to pay more than a player is worth on the market there is nothing wrong with that. It just happens that it is agreed that both clubs are paying over market value for both players in a swap. From a financial regulations point of view, there isn't really any issue.

The issue will be when UEFA coin on that clubs are doing it to circumvent their FFP rules. But how do you prove the price is wrong?

It is hard to prove because club can overpay players for their potential, as long as they do not do fraud then I think it is not illegal
But this mean there is loophole in FFP rules that can be used by teams to make them passed the FFP

And the question for this issue, Is there any other club willing to pay €37mil for Danilo this year ?
Madrid bought him from Porto for €31.5 M (2015)
M City bought him from Madrid for €30 M (2017)
Juve rate and bought him for €37M (2019)

If Danilo play consistently and perform then, that is understandable. But, he only play 11 times in EPL last season, so increase for €7m is questionable
But this is not a fraud, more of some compromise and agreement between both party

In all these deals the only constant is that we take the sort end of the stick.
We are the only ones that always overpay for trash players.
We can't be that stupid, maybe we are laundrying dirty money...
Yeah, this must certainly be it. This is probably also the reason, why having the smallest budget among the big clubs, we have reached CL final twice in recent years and are considered among the favorites once again this year.
