Compared to MDL? Absolutely yes

Plus Milan will do what we tell them to do
Compared to MDL or Koulibaly, then definitely. I don't think we stand a chance for either of those two guys.

I still think we're going to end up with Manolas and Romero, and I'd be ok with that.

Honestly after seeing periera if this kid plays a few more games and looks like he did this wouldn't be the worst
Who is Periera? I was half asleep during the Inter Juve game

Could you imagine, the all-time GOAT Bonucci-Romagnoli partnership back together again when Chiellini is out.
Romagnoli, Romero and Manolas in. Barza (retired) and BonBon out? :donedeal:

TBH, I’d take Dybala in a heartbeat (for a reasonable price and if he stops doing that weird finger/thumb/eyes celebration).

Wouldn’t go near Icardi, and his accompanying circus of nonsense, with a 10ft barge pole.
Give us Eriksen and we might consider it :p

You’d be in a bidding contest with Man Utd and Real Madrid. And wages of at least £200k pw if he’s stepping out of our wage structure. I’m not sure there’s a ‘give’ option.

Levy would certainly prefer to sell to Juve, as he hates those other two clubs and will fuck them over any chance he gets.

Or we may just keep hold.

But Juve IS an option ... time will tell.

If you end up parting ways with him, who would you replace him with?

I meant a Dybala for Eriksen exchange. We'll throw in 20 or 30 million pounds too ;)

Coutinho would work. He’s played for Poch before. Most direct replacement. But doubt we’d have the money.

More sensible would be to pick up a couple of young English players, a wide man and a B2B. May mean a tweak in system to a 4-3-3. Play Kane as a 10 instead of a 9.

We’ll certainly be looking for home-grown transfers where we can. We don’t have enough right now to field a full CL squad thanks to an odd quirk in the rules.

Personally, I think Eriksen will sign a new deal.

Not a bad deal, but part-exchanges aren’t generally that simple contractually and on a tax basis.
