I was talking about quality more than numbers actually. Could you piece together a Brazil squad that is as good in terms of individuals as Spain? Look at some of the players that get called up to the Brazilian NT, some of them would barely make it to Spain's B team.

As for young Spanish players, I wouldn't call Koke average, the guy has been Atletico's most consistent player for the past year and a half now. One of the best players in the Liga without a doubt.
Yes, i could. Except for their center midfielders, whose might i say are getting old and replacements look average, and their main and best striker, who in fact is Brazilian, i could piece a team just as good. You're thinking Spain of 6,4 years ago.

Spain days are over. Which has been proven in both the Olympics and the WC. They had 2 extremely talented players in Xavi and Iniesta in a time when they had no true competition. And this next generation is nothing special, Whatever way you want to look at it.

Koke is nothing special.

Someone elaborate to me whey PAULO GANSO never transferred to Europe?
Santos was the first, in a long time, Brazilian club that managed to hold on to their players. Reason why it took so long him and Neymar to leave as well.

In that time he tore ligaments in his knee and went through surgery. Specialists said he'll never be a 100% and there's nothing to be done.

He hasn't got injured again for at least 16 months and last year he had a really good season, showing signs of a possible come back.

Awesome, thanks for the info. I don't think we had a correspondent (not sure if right word) from Brasil on this part so that's cool. My g Andrés D'Alessandro still plays in the Campeonato Brasileiro too.

Ganso is a majestic player, such a joy to watch. Too bad the Brazilian league is played at such an unreasonable time for us here in the Middle East!

la zurda letal!
My man, gotta watch this tonight?

Corinthians: Cássio, Fagner, Felipe, Gil e Fábio Santos; Ralf, Elias, Lodeiro e Renato Augusto; Emerson Sheik e Guerrero.

Bayer Leverkusen:
Leno, Hilbert, Toprak, Spahic e Wendell; Lars Bender, Gonzalo Castro, Bellarabi e Brandy; Calhanoglu e Kiessling.

It'll be funny watching Corinthians get raped. I Thought Leverkusen would play their B team. Not quite.

@X Corinthians 2-1 :lol:
@Nostradamus what the fuck, man? This is Corinthians' pre season, Leverkusen is half way through their season playing today with their usual first 11 players. I really thought you would humiliate us again.

Have just watched the beginning of the game then switched away. Dont know didnt they win the game before 3:0 or something?

The consistency of them is still a worry, but I rate their coach Roger Schmidt very highly. They have a great bunch of very talented players and they ll grow as a team.

Son (22)-Calhanoglu (20)-Bellarabi (24)
Kramer (23)-L. Bender (25)

looks absolutely great for the future.

Then also Leno (22), Jedvaj (19), Brandt (18)..all great players.
