Home? I've never lived in London for more than six months before...but, it's always been one of my favourite cities. But, I've been here for a little over a month now...

And um, I wasn't talking about cigarettes. I was talking about pot. I said an eighth as in an eighth of an ounce of marijuana. But, since I've been in London, I've been doing more like a quarter per day.

Don't know. Probably a lot. Let's see, if I'm averaging two eighths per day and there's eight eighths in an ounce, and I buy by the quarter-pound, I guess probably like 2,000 pounds.

my parents smoke HARDCORE
and order cigarettes online
so the last time they got 5 cartons (which comes to a 100$ )
and they usually come in within 3 weeks
but this time they were all paranoyed b/c it's been past a month and they still didn't get their cigarettes
so today my mom went to take out the trash and found one of those bags they mail cigarettes in just lying around next to the dumpster with the tag and adress ripped out .......

I think that you're a brave man to go straight edge like that, it's not an easy thing to do in most societies today. But, you don't have to attack smokers. I mean, it may be a waste of money to you, but to me, it's something that I like to do, so it's not a waste. Just as to some people it might be a waste of money to go to a football game, to us it is valuable. And if you are a consiensious smoker, then it doesn't really bother people too much. I mean, I don't smell like smoke or taste like it either. I have breath mints and cologne, it works fine. And there are a lot of things that are bad for your health, like talking on a cell phone, or eating at McDonald's. I smoke a lot, but I never eat at McDonald's so I'm hoping that it balances out...

It's not easy, but It's no terrible hassle either. you make a good point about the "waste of money" part. I'm mizing my personal reasons not to smoke with the negatives of smoking. also, please dont get me wrong Ian. It's not like i hate smokers. I'm surrounded by many smokers. half of my friends are. and As "uncool" as people say (i dont care), i'm always encouraging/convincing them to quit. Not in a pesty way though (buggin someone constantly wont do any good).


BTW, since you have been smoking for so long, you're not gonna notice the smell. Just comming from a club or a bar, even my socks smell like Marajuana/tobacco. .

Also, i'm also modest with cell phones and since last November, I've only gone to Wendy's and Subway twice each! That's as far as i'll go for fast food (no McD's ). (not easy for a college student or someone who doesn't live with his parents). I've had enough of fast food. for a couple of years, i've had fast food at least 12 times a week!!

I've never smoked anything before and will never f*cking will!ITs stupid habit to smoke. IMO once you start, somehow you'll get back to it.
For me, its better to prevent rather than fix the problem later
