It's clear you don't have a clue, so I'll tell you. The argument we had a while back was because @Seven claimed that insurance companies as a general rule refuse to pay when there is a claim. I said that this happens sometimes, but it's the exception not the rule. And they pay not because they are nice people, they pay because they have to (unless they have a good reason not to; there are claims that are rightly rejected). It is strange to assume that people would get an insurance in a free market, knowing that they will probably not get paid. It implies that they're idiots.
In any case, all further discussions on the merits of free market healthcare vs state run are pointless, if can't reach an agreement on this issue. If one thinks that insurance company never, or almost never pay, then you clearly can't be convinced that free market insurance is good. That's why I don't argue with Seven on that anymore. I don't see how this is related to TTIP, but he keeps bringing it up.
