Roma side looks so good this season they even look like if they can win the cl and our juve side backline just look poor midfield could do lots better and forwards doing there job scoring if the match ends a draw i would be so happy if we lose well i would be disappointed if we ran our hearts out but if we win i get a plane to Italy and walk about naked with just my juve shirt on :)

Be prepared to have a dissapointing sunday. Roma is definetly playing champagne-football, and without camo in the pitch, our chances looks rather slim. I will not be surprissed if te Sensi boys overwhelm us.......

Buffon

Sali Andrade Criscito Chiellini
Tiago Zanetti
Iaquinta Nedved Del Piero
Trezeguet

I LIKE!!!!

To bad grygera isn't really match fit or else I would start him beside andrade. I guess we'll finally see what criscito is really about. But other then that, that's basically what I'm hoping to see.

Too offensive for Sunday's game, but I like to see it someday
and PLEASE give Palla a chance, I'm sure he can't be worse than Iaquinta

well as of right now we don't have a choice in the matter. Tiago is more defensive than almiron and it's a toss up between palladino and iaquinta.

i cant see how we can play 4 in the midfield and have the luxury of 2 up front we dont have the midfield we loose too much ball and we will b leaving ourselves the counter attack option only. We must make the game congestive limit space and ball and only way to do that is a 4-5-1 formation. A draw for Juve is a good result at this stage.

What about this?

Tiago Zanetti Almiron

Palladino Nedved

I dont think that DP can play the 90 mins either, though he did last game, but till now we dont have a good striker to replace him, Iaq sucks and Palla doesnt play, maybe if this formation works, DP can wait for the second half

Anyway I'm happy with DP as a starter as long as he's able to play the whole 90 mins

just because DP can't play the full 90 minutes doesn't mean we have to use him as a sub. He'll probably play 75 minutes and then raneri will bring on iaquinta or palladino.

In matches like these, we can use DP's experience from the beginning.

I would go for:

Buffon
Sali,Andrade,Chiellini,Molinaro
-------------Zanetti
----Tiago--------------Almiron
------------Nedved---------
----Trez-------------DP-----

Nocerino wont be fit for sure, the guy was just hit by a car,he will at least get a 4 days rest.

Their fullbacks are weak!!
They have Panucci,Tonetto,Cicinho & Casetti.
Panucci in one of the best Fullbacks in Italt if he is FIT.
Cicinho is very fast & very strong offensivly but not that good defensivly.
Tonetto is good Off & defen.
Casettiis showing some good signs,he is still young but he has never dissapointed.
panucci was the best full back in serie A not anymore. Thats why spalletti has two RBs and panucci.

Cassetti and tonetto are good but they are the the weakest link imo, also since they don;t get much cover from the midfield. So my point is that they are not as good individually. Our attacking players should be able to take them on.
If u think they are average & thats the best they can do,then why insulting them over & over again.
is'n it the board's fault?

I am pretty sure u r just a Sissy Boy who wants to feel special by insulting players & saying stuff like Ruineri:tdown:
:rofl::rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl: :rofl:

Who is suggesting to bench Del Piero in this game??? :howler: hany?

Yeah, would be REALLY smart move from Ranieri :rolleyes2:
So, frankly you don´t care Juve wins, draws or lose? You care only about Del Piero playing 90 minutes? What if he fucks up or doesn´t make the difference? What excuses will you find this time? I can´t wait.

What I don't get, is that he would bench Del Piero, just because players wouldn't reach the ball to his feet from what I understood from him..... like Iaquinta would be a better option and wise one.

Keeping one of our most dangerous players out and one of the few players including Pavel whom are able to change the game anytime, to leave him in such a match would be a crime.

Looking at stats, Ale's record at the olympico is pretty great if not amazing, doing Capello style and keeping him out in such a game would cost the team. So Ranieri wouldn't want that, or he'll regret like Capello... (Inter's freekick, Milans doublekick assist, Fiorentina and Roma's goals), Ranieri should probably ask Capello about them.

So, whoever thinks Ale should be benched, in a "fair play" i'd ask them to soap it:)
You soap it. You´re not the coach. Ranieri is. Capello was. You are nothing. Literally.
