So, frankly you don´t care Juve wins, draws or lose? You care only about Del Piero playing 90 minutes? What if he fucks up or doesn´t make the difference? What excuses will you find this time? I can´t wait.
DP was our best player against Udinese and he has a great record against Roma so it only makes sense to start him on Sunday, regardless of how he ends up doing.

Perhaps. On the other hand I think Del Piero is great coming off the bench and it's about time he himself should start realising it. Being benched doesn't necessarily mean you're a lesser player than the ones out on the pitch.

panucci was the best full back in serie A not anymore. Thats why spalletti has two RBs and panucci.

Cassetti and tonetto are good but they are the the weakest link imo, also since they don;t get much cover from the midfield. So my point is that they are not as good individually. Our attacking players should be able to take them on.

:
This season, until now Panucci is playing some Great matches, wether he plays as CB or RB he always looks very strong deffensivly & he also helps a lot offens & scores a lot & thats why he was re-called to the National Team.

Roma's biggest strengh(like Arsenal) is their 6 men midfield, playin with 6 players in the midfield is just too much for the other team to handle, they can control any match & when they start attacking 4 of the 6 midfielders become immideatly strikers.
With the players we got in the midfield in this match,I dont think we can cope with them & I am 100% that they will dominate the match but I am hoping for Moments of Magic by Dp,Neddy & Trezy.
I'll be very satisfied with a point.

I am sick and tired of the war between Azzurri7 and Mark.

I am also sick and tired of Vinman's provocations along with the remarks on them.

Not in this match, maybe against a mid-table team but in this match we r playin a superior team & we will be dominated in midfield for sure,so we can only hope for Moments of Magic from our players.
Iaquinta is not capable of producing smthing special & thats smthing I think we all agree on.
On the other hand Dp is our best player right now(excluding Camo) to produce smthing from nothing,he can finish it all by a Setpiece or a great assist ro Trezy.
If u guys think that he doesnt have 90 min. in his feet, then he will be substituted in the 2nd half.
Forza Alex

Ranieri: “We always play to win”

"We're Juve, we're not allowed to find any excuses - we always have to win”. Manager Ranieri was interviewed on a televised show and did his best to pump his team up. He said his players need to face each game with a top team mentality, always playing to win, even when they’re up against mighty teams such as Roma: “Alongside Arsenal and FC Barcelona, Roma are playing the best football in Europe right now and they're having a golden spell. I watched the game against Dynamo Kiev and how the first goal came about was unbelievable. I don't think we'll face a tired team, because winning makes you forget fatigue. We'll have to try and slow the rhythm down and put pressure on them when they pass the ball. In any case we have players that can decide a match at any given moment, and Del Piero is particularly motivated. Against Udinese he made it obvious that he's fit, he hit the woodwork three times and played very well”.

Here comes the "Del Piero hater" the "Italian NT hater"...

Listen kid, Del Piero is the only player including Pavel Nedved whom are able to make diff on the pitch, you know what do I mean by making diff? or like usually your football knowledge sucks? you haven't learned anything have you?

Because I care about Juventus, I want Alex to play. Because I want the best for the team I want Alex to play. you get that dickarm?

Against Cagliari he scored but still didn't play well, you can go read my comments about his performance in the Cagliari thread.

....and seriously, you can find 10's of forums where you can insult Del Piero and criticize and speak BS about him as much as you want, but HERE you little pornstar, here is Juventus forums, you'll be warned like you have always been.

You soap it. You´re not the coach. Ranieri is. Capello was. You are nothing. Literally.
:lol2::lol2:

You still angry about what I did to Capello when he came to Bucharesti, arent you?

I'm Juve's fan, and we're alot, If Ranieri would do stupid things, we (fans) have the right to criticize him. So far, I'm happy with him.

Now go watch some Frenchy games and try to learn a thing or two about football:howler:

I wanna see Tiago and Almiron play vs Roma, I wanna see a Juve that starts plays through the middle instead of the wings. A team that keeps going to the wings especially one wing is a team without ideas and a gameplan. We need to control the middle of the park vs Roma and control the tempo cos thats what Roma will be trying to do. Beat them at their own game. Zanetti to man mark Totti, Almiron and Tiago to come back deep to intercept stray balls and Del Piero and Nedved waiting close and wide to hit Roma on the counter. Thats the only way we have any chance. And we need Iaquinta in this game to create the space for effective countering.

I still think this is our best formation for this game.

Salihamidzic - Andrade - Criscito - Chiellini
Zanetti
Nocerino - Tiago
Nedved
Trezeguet - Del Piero

I want this formation like a child wants presents on his birthday.

Buffon
Sali-Andrade-Criscito-Chiellini
Tiago-Zanetti-Almiron-Palladino/Iaquinta
Nedved
Trezeguet

Del Piero to come on 30 mins from full time switch formation to the 4-4-2 taking off Iaquinta/Palladino

Tiago-Zanetti-Almiron-Nedved
Trezeguet-Del Piero
i cant see how we can play 4 in the midfield and have the luxury of 2 up front we dont have the midfield we loose too much ball and we will b leaving ourselves the counter attack option only. We must make the game congestive limit space and ball and only way to do that is a 4-5-1 formation. A draw for Juve is a good result at this stage.

Exactly, we have only few players who can really make a difference. Del Piero, Trezeguet, Nedved and Buffon (in addition to Maoro who's injured). If any of them is ready, he should start. Especially in a game like the one on Sunday.

I really don't get what people want more from Del Piero? Do you want him to be god, create wings for himself and fly?
We are so fortunate to have a player like Alex in our squad. People should be thankful.. Imagine Juventus this year without Del Piero or without Buffon, then start criticising.
