I'd have to say, as cautious as I would normally be as a coach, the prospect of a nine point lead would be a big enough incentive to make me actively try to win the game, where I would be more inclined to play for a draw if I had a narrower lead at the top.

Getting that lead would also improve Juve's chances of doing something in the CL, as they may be prepared to rest players in Serie A games that they wouldn't if the lead was spolimaller.

Still wouldn't be doing anything rash, as Napoli are obviously very dangerous on the break, but I would definitely be thinking about winning the game rather than just putting men behind the ball and playing for a 0-0.

Well, a draw is definitely acceptable, a victory would be fabulous. As you say, Napoli is most dangerous on the break, so it will be interesting to see if we give them the chance for counterattacks by trying to get things under control or rather wait and see what Napoli is up to. I doubt though we will sit back, to find out what Napoli does when they are in possession. I rather believe we are out for an early goal to silence the stadium.

I could well see a classic big game first half of nothing happening because neither side is willing to take the risk of committing players ahead of the ball and leaving themself open to a counter-attack.

That's not to say there wouldn't be a goal or goals in the half, but the teams would be more focused on staying compact and sussing out the opposition rather than really trying to force things.

Can't recall them conceding (m)any goals from set-pieces in Serie A recently.

Would still see them as a fairly likely source of a goal for Juve, though.

In the two past league matches against them we scored (the opening goal) from a set piece.

I just recall them being bad at defending those.

The idea of people saying this is the biggest league match yet is laughable
I agree the win would be important if we get it but...
Napoli's last two league matches were 0-0 draws
And they got destroyed in the Europa League by a club i hardly ever heard about
Not to mention I actually watched them play against Udinese and despite the result reflecting what was a pretty even match Udinese didn't take advantage of Napoli pressing forward towards the end with bad counters attacks and losing the ball which in my opinion if Udinese got the counters right it could have easily been a 1-0 loss for Napoli
Can we do a better job than Udinese? The answer is absolutely yes...

A win could be seen as 10 point lead over Napoli because of head-to-head, even though the table would show Napoli needing 9 points to draw level. Really hope we score more goals than Napoli tomorrow but not too optimistic about it especially after our results in Rome and Milan this season.
