okay. No big deal. I think Pessotto is even better than Zebina many times :) at least he is more secure backwards..
he is a better defender and the attacking options he creates are already enough from the improved Camoranesi.....I agree with you

As for Zambrotta, did he or de he not perform better with Olivera than with Nedved?

Gazzetta's probable line-up:

1 Buffon
15 Birindelli
21 Thuram
28 Cannavaro
19 Zambrotta
16 Camoranesi
20 Blasi
8 Emerson
23 Kapo
9 Ibrahimovic
10 Del Piero

Zebina and Olivera are suspended while Camoranesi and Appiah are one bookable offence away from sitting out a game. I hope Kapo does well.

this will be interesting. I like the new juve, we dont rely on 1 or 2 players, we are a machine! only defence are reliable... but when we get backup, we will be so strong!!!

please don't tell me this is another case of "Because he's loyal and has been here longer". The reason Tacchinardi's performance looked polished against Atalanta is because he was alongside Emerson, whilst IMO Blasi is a great player in his own right. If Tacchinardi played next to say, Appiah, I'm sure he wouldn't be getting the rave reviews he did after the Atalanta match. I'm sorry but I think the general concensus is that Blasi is the better player.

I have to agree. Blasi was solid in every Champions League match he has played this season, and most Serie A matches as well. He adds more bite than Tacchinardi and is a better ball distributor. Capello knows who to start, and its going to be Blasi.

Blasi is the man alongside Emerson. But I'm really interested to see how Kapo does. I hope he makes a better start, he really hasn't found his game...I hope he picks it up sooon.
